The Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania Tattoo Expo hosted by Black Web Ink Touring will be held at the Allentown Agri-Plex 1950 Liberty St, Allentown, PA 18104 with about 60 booths filled with tattoo artists, piercers, vendors, and on the spot live tattooing by almost 100 of some of the top artists from around the country!
We have amazing performances all weekend by Doctor Finnegan's Circus and Camille Zamboni doing live acts and performances like you have never seen before !!!
